Paradocx Barn Red
Medium body red with aromas of red berries and plums combined with pleasant notes of oak. Blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc grapes.

Paradocx Petit Verdot 2010
Appealing color leads to a feel of velvet in the mouth and a explosion of bright berry fruits. Petit Verdot has long finish with hints of cedar and sandalwood. Best paired with red meat and aged cheese.

Paradocx Cabernet Sauvingnon 2010

This wine has been made with 100% Muscat Ottonel grapes as a sweet sherry. It has a light straw color; it is smooth with the aromas of caramel and nuts.

Paradocx T-Wine Pouch
“T” is a white wine blend enlaced with subtle natural tea flavors to create a refreshing taste experience. Enjoy it at room temperature, slightly chilled, over ice or even warmed on a cold day. The ways to enjoy T-wine are endless!
An exceptionally elegant wine that offers attractive notes of tobacco, plums and prunes, slight chocolate with a background of leaves and a hint of vanilla. It has smooth tannins on a medium body.
This Chardonnay has well-balanced acidity and mouth feel. A blend of specific clones in our vineyard, fermented and aged in French Oak barrels carries hints of apple, mandarin, and nutty flavors, with a pleasant buttery finish.

Auburn Road Rustica
Rustica is a mildly spicy, medium bodied Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Chambourcin. Soft tannins make Rustica a perfect everyday red wine that matches well with meats and cheeses.
Auburn Road Classico 2010
Classico is the wine we set out to make when we started Auburn Road. A complex blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin aged 18 months in oak, Classico will be a great complement to a good meal and a wonderful first glass to have at the end of a good day. Compare with your favorite Chianti Reserve.

Auburn Road Eidólon
This “Eidólon” is our image of the ideal wine – as interpreted through the soils and climate of the Garden State’s Outer Coastal Plain – a dry, deep, flavorful red blend of Chambourcin and Merlot. We created this wine to help support the Walt Whitman Association in its work including the restoration and preservation of the Walt Whitman House in Camden, New Jersey.
Auburn Road Rosalita
Rosalita is our sweet blush that jumps a little lighter! “Rosie” is a pretty pink blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc. Rosalita 2008 was the winner of a BRONZE medal at the 2009 New Jersey Wine Competition!
Auburn Road Good Karma
Good Karma is a light, fruity red blend of Sangiovese and Merlot. Wonderful hints of cherry and strawberry. Matches well with poultry, pork and heavier fish like tuna steaks or grilled salmon. Good Karma has been at the center of every Auburn Road Thanksgiving dinner since 2005 – it is perfect with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce, especially if there is a little sweetness in the meal. It is also a great light-bodied red for the summer with a little chill on it. Good Karma can go anywhere you might take a Beaujolais Nouveau . Good Karma may have a funky name but it has become a true expression of how we got here and gave us our motto – “Everything Matters“.
Auburn Road Sole
Sole (Pronounced So –lay!) Galileo famously observed that wine is “Sunlight caught in a bottle”. That is a perfect description, and the source of the name, of our Sole. Made from Vidal Blanc grapes,Sole is a semi –dry white wine with a touch of effervescence. A great bottle to bring to a clam bake at the beach. Terrific with Thai food, spicy dishes, light fish like flounder and would be would be wonderful with lobster and other shell fish.

Auburn Road Pinot Grigio
Auburn Road’s 2012 Pinot Grigio is a crisp, light white wine with beautiful fruit and a floral aroma. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Pinot Grigio is terrific paired with all kinds of seafood.

Pinnacle Ridge Riesling
This classic grape of Germany renders a slightly sweet, fruity white wine. Fresh mango, peach and melon aromas leap from the glass followed by a balance of crispness and sweetness. Our Riesling is a great accompaniment to German style cooking. (2% residual sugar)

Pinnacle Ridge Quaff
Always one of our favorite “quaffable” wines made from a unique blend of Chambourcin and barrel-aged Pinot Noir. Pinnacle Ridge Brut Rose
Our Brut Rose is made in the traditional style from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Aromas of bread dough and strawberries are followed by a medium weight bubbly. We find that our Brut Rose is the perfect wine to pair with light appetizers before a meal.
Pinnacle Ridge Dry Riesling
Grapefruit and minerals permeate the aroma of this crisp, light white. This dry style of Riesling is perfect with sushi and other light fish dishes.
